Purchases
We take pride in our knowledge and customer service. If you have any questions at all, please email us or call us. We’re here to help. Purchases can be made through our secure website or you can place your order over the phone. For additional shipping information, please see our Shipping Policies Page.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the products you order are the correct product for your vehicle. Please verify the vehicle information found at the top of the web page to make sure that each fitment requirement is correctly selected for your vehicle: for example, make sure the correct year/make/model/engine/asp/fuelconfig/vin etc. matches your vehicle. We are happy to accept returns if a mistake is made but cannot refund shipping costs due to customer error.

Returns
We gladly accept returns on all products except for specialty items and custom products. In order to return an item you must first contact us via email or by phone to get an RMA number and the return address. The product must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and must be returned with all included parts. Failure to return the package in its original condition will result in a partial refund or no refund at all.

Please also note that shipping, if any, will not be refunded for returns and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as well. Therefore, please make sure to purchase the correct item and if you have any questions regarding fitment, please write or call.
