Shipping Timeline
We strive to ship our orders within 3 days of being ordered. Most will go out the same business day of the order. In case of a backordered product, you will get a notification via email that your order is backordered and in most cases will specify how long the item will be out of stock. Customers with backordered items may call or email us to cancel the item before it ships and a full refund will be forthcoming. At this time, our standard shipping method on this site is ground or freight depending on the order. Upgraded shipping is also available to our customers. You can arrange for this by contacting us via our live chat button or by telephone.

Our free shipping promotion is limited to shipments that meet certain billable weight criteria. This promotion is also only available for products being shipped within the contiguous United States. Purchases shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will incur different shipping expenses. Each product available on our site will be listed with a billable weight field which will determine whether or not that product is eligible for the free shipping promotion. Billable weight is a standard of measurement that takes into account both the weight of the product and the dimensions of the box it is to be shipped in. Extra large or bulky items will have larger billable weight values and may cost more to ship.  If your purchases are not eligible, you can determine your shipping costs from the table below. These prices are for each oversized product in the shopping cart. Multiple items eligible for free shipping that add up to more than 15 lbs will still ship free. Note that this table only applies to products shipped to the contiguous U.S.
